1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameStudioInnovators ("the Service"), located at gamestudioinnovators.top, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

GameStudioInnovators is a directory and discovery platform for free browser-based games. We publish listings, descriptions, and editorial guides for games that are developed, operated, and hosted by independent third parties. We do not develop, host, or operate the games themselves. When you choose to play a game, you are directed to the third-party website that hosts it, and your use of that game is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We do not process payments, and we do not sell games, virtual items, or subscriptions.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3.2 No Account Required

The Service does not require you to register or create an account, and we do not currently offer user accounts. If a third-party game provider requires registration on its own site, that registration is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for it. Should we introduce accounts in the future, we will update these Terms accordingly.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

  • Use automated means such as scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract data from the Service, except for search engine crawlers acting in accordance with our published crawl directives
  • Interfere with, block, or circumvent any advertising displayed on the Service, or take any action designed to generate invalid advertising impressions or clicks

4.1 Our Content

The Service and the original content we create — including our site design, layout, editorial reviews, guides, and the GameStudioInnovators name and logo — are owned by GameStudioInnovators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 Third-Party Game Content

All games, game titles, artwork, thumbnails, trademarks, and related assets featured on the Service remain the property of their respective owners, developers, and publishers. We claim no ownership of them. They are displayed for the purpose of identification, description, and referral only, and their appearance on the Service does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or sponsorship by us or by the rights holders.

4.3 Your Submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other material through our contact page or by email, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and adapt that material for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of anything you submit. Please do not send us confidential information or material you are not authorised to share.

5. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GameStudioInnovators. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that GameStudioInnovators shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Because the games we list are hosted externally, they may change, become unavailable, display their own advertising, or introduce their own registration or payment requirements at any time without notice to us. Any transaction or dispute between you and a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, which may be served by third-party ad networks including Google. Advertisements, sponsored listings, and affiliate links may appear alongside our content. We do not control the specific advertisements shown to you and do not endorse the products or services they promote. 7. Copyright Complaints and Content Removal

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.   • The exact URL or URLs on our Service where the material appears

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate. We may also remove any listing at our discretion for any reason.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including any game listing or feature, at any time and without notice or liability to you. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or continued operation of games hosted by third parties, and game descriptions and editorial content are provided for general information only and may become outdated.

GAMESTUDIOINNOVATORS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD-PARTY GAME, WEBSITE, OR SERVICE LINKED FROM THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS AVAILABILITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR YOU.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law, and where such law applies, the exclusions above apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMESTUDIOINNOVATORS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100). BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS LIMITATION IS REASONABLE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GameStudioInnovators and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the purpose of litigating all claims or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the matter with you in good faith within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence, nothing in this section deprives you of that right or of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, outages at third-party providers, acts of government, or natural disasters.
  • No agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us, or between us and any third-party game provider.
  • Language: These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version prevails in the event of a conflict.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
